We have a friend’s wedding today so expect a CSA recipe tomorrow. Here’s what this week’s share looked like:
I’m obviously excited about garlic! I really need to grow my own but for now, I’ll take it from Three Rivers. As expected, we also received a boat load of tomatoes!
Here’s what else was in there:
- Two cantaloupes
- Yellow potatoes
- Onions
- Green and yellow peppers
- Cilantro
- And yes, more zucchini & summer squash
