Though this isn’t technically a sponsored post, Larabar did send me two flavors to try out. That said, they have always been a favorite and I contacted them to see if they would be interested in a giveaway simply because I love their product. Good luck!
I’m still struggling with my new hours as a therapist. I used to work 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. with no issue – I loved getting up early in order to get home early! Now, my schedule is more like 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. (to accommodate kids after school). I’m sure you’re thinking, “What’s the problem? Sleep in!” which would be great and all if I didn’t have piles of laundry to put away and a kitchen counter to clean. So I’ve been trying to make those few hours in the morning more productive.
The blueberry orange detox muffins I made this weekend have been helping – time at home in the morning means a more leisurely breakfast, so I can warm them up, top with a tiny bit of butter, and savor each bite (rather than shoving them in my face while keeping one hand on the wheel of my car…). And though I’m trying to get away from just unwrapping a protein bar when I need a pick-me-up, I have to say I do have one quick bar option that I feel good about, and now I’m giving it away to you.
Larabars have always found a place in my pantry (the above are what is actually in my pantry right now), and I’m glad they’re there. Sure they taste good, but what I really love about larabars are the ingredient list. Here are the ingredients in Banana Bread.
All their bars are like this! No bar contains more than 9 ingredients, and those are mostly spices. All ingredients are familiar and can definitely be pronounced by the average person. These bars are minimally processed, great for special diets, and the brand is committed to avoiding GMO’s.
And now, you can win a variety pack caddy (16 bars in all) all for yourself, because I want you to revel in the goodness that is a Larabar!
